Human Resources and Accounting Generalist – Admin

Siskiyou Community Health Center has an opening for an experienced Human Resources and Accounting Generalist in our Admin Department. The Human Resources/Accounting Generalist is responsible for cross-training in both Human Resources (HR), including payroll and benefits functions, and accounting functions of the Finance Department in order to work closely with the HR Generalist and Accounting Generalist to perform a variety of HR, payroll, benefits, and accounting related duties.

Required qualifications for this position include: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Two years of college or business school with major in bookkeeping or business preferred.  
  • Professional certification preferred.
  • Three to five years’ experience in all aspects of HR and Accounting, with healthcare experience preferred.
