Human Resources Specialist – Admin

Siskiyou Community Health Center has an opening for an experienced Human Resources Specialist in our Admin Department. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources and Accounting teams with a variety of HR related duties, including but not limited to: Employee document and file maintenance, HR procedure review, Benefit Administration and reconciliation, Payroll processing back-up, Personnel onboarding and training, periodic report review, data gathering and other projects as assigned.


Required qualifications for this position include: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Professional certification preferred.
  • Three to five years’ experience in all aspects of HR, with healthcare experience preferred.
