A virtual visit allows you to connect with a provider from your mobile device or computer. For virtual visits scheduled with your primary care provider, you will receive a link by text and/or email prior to your appointment to join the visit.

Siskiyou Live-Visit is used when you need to see someone right away for an acute condition. Use the link on our website to create your Siskiyou Live-Visit account and request a visit.

Siskiyou Live-Visit is available to those located in the State of Oregon who have access to a personal computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. We welcome patients with insurance or without. It doesn’t matter whether you are a Siskiyou Community Health center patient or not.

Yes. We will have virtual visits with patients of all ages. If you’re using the Siskiyou Live-Visit platform for a Walk-In Clinic visit, parents/guardians must log in with their own account. You will have the option to add a Dependent. If you select Yes, you will be able to enter your child’s information and request an appointment for them.

Our providers can call in medication to your pharmacy in accordance with state laws and when medically necessary. We cannot refill controlled medications (narcotic pain medications, benzodiazepines, etc.) during a Live-Visit. Please contact your primary care provider for these refills.

Virtual visits are available Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.


A Siskiyou Live-Visit is $49. This cost does not include the cost of any medications, follow-up lab work or follow-up visits if deemed applicable. If we determine that a live-visit is not appropriate for your condition, you will not be charged for your visit. We will help you locate a more appropriate place to receive care (e.g. urgent care, emergency care).

Virtual visits with your provider are billed the same as a regular in-person office visit.

We take most insurance plans and many of them do cover this service, including AllCare. If you are unsure of your benefits, please contact your insurance prior to an appointment. If you provide us with insurance information, we will bill your insurance. Any amount not covered by insurance will be billed to you.

Yes.  If you are an established patient, and you have already qualified for our Sliding Discount Program, the visit will be discounted the same as an office visit.  If you are a new patient, or do not have an active slide application, you may complete an application on our website. All documentation must be received and eligibility determined before the appointment in order for the discount to apply.

At this time, we are unable to accept payment through the Siskiyou Live-Visit account. Any balance due will be billed to you. For a virtual visit with your provider, you should receive a link before your appointment that will allow you to pre-register and make your copayment, if required by your insurance. Any balance due will be billed to you.


You will need a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with a webcam, microphone and access to the internet.

Live-Visit: If using a computer or laptop, you will need to use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser. If you are using a smartphone or tablet you will need to download the E-visit app during the sign-up process.  You will also need to have a two-way camera.

We recommend testing your video and audio functions prior to your appointment.

Yes. Virtual visits are 100% HIPAA compliant, so any personal health information you provide is completely safe and secure.

Login to your Siskiyou Live-Visit account and enter the reason for your visit. You will be placed into the virtual waiting room and the provider will be alerted that you are ready for your appointment. The Siskiyou Live-Visit is similar to our Walk-In Clinic, in that patients are seen in the order appointments are requested. Depending on the number of patients in the waiting room, you may have to wait before your provider is available. You will receive a text or phone call when your provider is ready.
