Siskiyou Community Health Center has a full-time opportunity for a qualified Director of Operations. This position is responsible for oversight of operations for Siskiyou Community Health Center (SCHC) locations throughout Josephine County, including the following departments: Grants Pass Medical, Cave Junction Medical, Grants Pass and Cave Junction Dental Clinics, Grants Pass and Cave Junction Walk-In Clinics, the Grants Pass Laboratory, Grants Pass Radiology, and our School-Based Health Centers in Grants Pass and Cave Junction.

The Director is responsible for overseeing efficient day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring the quality of patient care by supervising the efforts and activities of clinic managers, reporting to the Chief Administration Officer (CAO). The Director of Operations works directly with the CAO, other directors, managers, providers, and support staff to evaluate operations, monitor project progress, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and assist with implementation of the organization’s initiatives.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree. Core focus in healthcare and/or business administration
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in supervisory capacities with outpatient clinics, hospitals, or other health care
  • Proof of current unrestricted driver’s license, comprehensive automobile insurance, and a safe driving
  • Solid understanding and experience in managing
  • Working knowledge of healthcare

Siskiyou Community Health Center is located in the beautiful Rogue Valley, based in Grants Pass, Oregon, and has facilities in Grants Pass, Medford, and Cave Junction. The Cave Junction Clinic is located approximately 30 miles from Grants Pass and 70 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland, and Jacksonville comprise the commercial and tourist hub of Southern Oregon and far Northern California.
