Rite Aid Pharmacy Closure

We want to inform you that the Rite Aid Pharmacy at the Grants Pass Shopping Center is closing on August 26. Your prescriptions will be transferred automatically to the new CVS Pharmacy on Williams Highway. We understand this may be an unexpected change. Still, please know that your care remains our priority, and we are here to assist you in ensuring your prescriptions continue without interruption.

For your convenience, Siskiyou offers on-site pharmacies at both our Grants Pass and Cave Junction clinics. This means you can see your provider and pick up your prescriptions during the same visit—saving you time and ensuring a seamless connection between your care and your medication. We also have an app for patients to streamline refill requests, send messages to pharmacy staff, and offer delivery services within the Grants Pass city limits.
