Our Grants Pass walk-in clinic provides fast, convenient care for non-emergency medical needs without the need for an appointment as well as assessments like CDL physicals and sports physicals. Whether you’re dealing with a minor injury or sudden illness that needs same-day treatment, our experienced walk-in clinic providers are here to help. We offer accessible, high-quality urgent care services designed to get you feeling better quickly while keeping your health and comfort a top priority.
Siskiyou Community Health Center offers a complete prenatal program to help you enjoy a safe pregnancy and look forward to a healthy baby. You greatly increase the likelihood of having a healthy baby by getting early and regular prenatal care. Patients in our prenatal program deliver their babies at Three Rivers Medical Center. Once your baby is born, we are available to provide care for your newborn through our pediatric services.
Our team provides a wide range of comprehensive, integrated strategies designed to support the whole person, recognizing that well-being is shaped by emotional, social, cognitive, and behavioral factors. We take a problem-focused, solutions-oriented approach, working collaboratively with patients to identify their unique needs. Our in-house laboratory offers a low-cost alternative for our physicians and patients who want easier, faster access to results for necessary tests and screenings. We also offer a Coumadin Clinic for our patients.

Siskiyou Smiles helps kids get the dental care they need to keep their smiles healthy and strong, often right at school and at little or no cost to families. The program focuses on prevention with services like screenings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and fun education to build good habits early. It’s open to all children and helps connect families with additional care when needed, supporting bright smiles for years to come.
The Mobile CareVan brings dental care directly to children throughout Josephine County, making it easier for families to access preventive services and oral health education close to where they live and learn. As part of Siskiyou Community Health Center’s Dental Prevention Program, the CareVan visits schools and community events to help promote healthy habits and reduce barriers to care. Appointments can also be scheduled through the dental clinic, ensuring children can get the support they need to keep their smiles healthy and strong.
Pediatric Services
Our pediatric services provide compassionate, comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. From well-child exams and immunizations to treatment for acute illnesses and ongoing management of chronic conditions, our experienced pediatric providers focus on supporting healthy growth and development at every stage. We partner with parents to deliver personalized, preventive care that keeps your child healthy, safe, and thriving.
Through Project Baby Check and Healthy Families, we work with parents during the critical early stages of their children’s lives, from conception to kindergarten. Our Outreach workers are parent educators certified through Parents as Teachers. We provide home visitations, monthly play groups, parenting classes, books and educational materials, nutrition and fitness classes, transportation services and much more.
Our dental team provides comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and teens in a safe, welcoming environment. Services include routine dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and preventive care to help protect growing smiles and support healthy oral development. We focus on gentle, child-friendly visits while teaching children and families the importance of strong oral hygiene habits.
Siskiyou Community Health Center has five School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) throughout Josephine County. Students perform better when they show up for class healthy and ready to learn. Our centers’ goals are to bring the doctor’s office to the students in a safe and familiar manner so they may avoid health-related absences, and to give them the support they need to succeed in the classroom.
Pharmacy
Our in-house pharmacy offers convenient, on-site prescription services to help you get the medications you need quickly and easily. We accept most insurance plans, including AllCare.
