Where else can you see a doctor and pick up your prescription in the same place? We make it convenient for Siskiyou Community Health Center patients. Our pharmacies are located in Grants Pass and Cave Junction inside our medical facilities. Our pharmacy staff works closely with your primary care team to ensure your medications are effective, safe, and affordable. If you have insurance, we accept most insurance plans including AllCare. Plus, for those that qualify, we offer a sliding fee scale. Talk to a provider or another member of our staff about having your prescriptions filled at Siskiyou Community Health Center!

In addition to filling your prescriptions at our in-house pharmacy, you can also receive urgent care at our Walk-In Clinic as well as get fast and affordable lab work through our in-house laboratory and radiology services.
