What You’ll Do

  • Decontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize dental and medical instruments following strict safety protocols
  • Prepare and package instruments for sterilization
  • Operate sterilization equipment and monitor quality through testing procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
  • Stock and organize supplies to keep workflows efficient
  • Support a clean, safe clinical environment in line with OSHA, CDC, and SCHC standards
  • Collaborate with dental and medical teams to ensure instruments are ready when needed

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Experience in sterilization is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person

What to Expect Physically

This active role requires the ability to maintain a standing or seated position comfortably. You will need to be able to lift up to 20+ lbs., and work with specialized equipment in a clinical setting.
