Alexandra Fauver, Chief Human Resources Officer
Alexandra Fauver joined Siskiyou Community Health Center in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined the Siskiyou team in order to be more involved in the community she grew up in. Prior to joining Siskiyou, Alexandra worked as a leader in human resources, safety, and security across varied sectors including aviation, agriculture, retail, non-profit, and government. Recently, s managed human resources, safety, and security on a global scale for an international aviation company that was heavily involved with first responders and military services.
Alexandra is a Grants Pass native, and she is excited to be able to work directly with community members in her hometown. She is passionate about helping grow the clinic’s services to provide greater levels of care for our local community. She attended North Valley High School and is also an alumnus of Rogue Community College and Southern Oregon University, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Human Resources Management Certificate, and Mediation and Conflict Resolution Certificate. She has continued her education by earning additional certificates in Employment Discrimination Law, various safety certifications, anti-terrorism, and Oregon DPSST certifications.
Alexandra, or “Alex” as most people call her, loves spending time with her family and playing on the water. If you see her in the community at one of her daughter’s many activities, don’t hesitate to say “hello.”
