Richard Booth, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Booth joined Siskiyou Community Health Center (SCHC) in 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer. Since then, SCHC has seen many exciting changes and growth by expanding from 87 employees in 2008 to over 200 employees today. Richard has assisted in the expansion of primary care and dental services in Grants Pass and Cave Junction, along with adding onsite Pharmacy, Walk-In Clinic, Laboratory, Radiology, and Behavioral Health specialties. In 2017 he was
promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
Richard is a Grants Pass High School graduate and attended Oregon State
University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care
Administration. He later went on to get his Masters in Health Care Administration through the University of Phoenix.
Before coming to Siskiyou Community Health Center, Richard worked for 6 years as the Executive Director of an Independent Physician Association in Portland, Oregon which provided health care to more than 50,000 members in four
Northwest counties. His duties included operational management for more than 115 primary-care pediatric providers, as well as serving as Director of Managed Care and Information Technology for 24 primary care providers. Richard was also in charge of operational and personal management for all technology needs.
Richard loves his time at Siskiyou Community Health Center, and after hours he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing and cheering on the Beavers.
