Richard Booth, Chief Executive Officer

Richard Booth, MHA is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siskiyou Community Health Center (SCHC), a private, not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Josephine County, Oregon. Richard joined SCHC in 2008 as the Chief Operations Officer, serving the organization for nine years as a strong leader over operations before being promoted by SCHC’s Board of Directors to the role of CEO in 2017. Richard is a native of Grants Pass, Oregon, where he graduated from Grants Pass High School. Following high school, Richard attended Oregon State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. After stepping into the role of CEO, Richard returned to school and earned his Masters in Health Care Administration through the University of Phoenix.

As CEO of Siskiyou Community Health Center, Richard leads a workforce of over 200 employees, professionals, and clinicians that serves nearly 19,000 patients. SCHC’s operations include two Primary Care Medical Clinics, two Walk-In Clinics, two in-house 340B Pharmacies, two Dental Clinics, five School-Based Health Centers, a Moderate-Complexity Laboratory, Radiology, and three Outreach locations. Richard loves his time at Siskiyou Community Health Center, and after hours he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and cheering on the Beavers.
