Grants Pass, OR– Now that children ages 5 to 11 are eligible for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, Siskiyou Community Health Center is holding a special event that will help draw families with kids in this age group to get their COVID-19 and flu vaccinations. Wildlife Images will provide educational outreach and bring resident Animal Ambassadors to Siskiyou Community Health Center’s vaccine clinic.
Wildlife Images will be at the Grants Pass location Wednesday and Friday, November 17 and 19, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and at the Cave Junction location Thursday the 18th during the same time. Educational materials along with a few animals will be on site. After kids get their flu or COVID-19 vaccination, they can visit with the Animal Ambassadors. This event is an excellent way to kick off COVID-19 vaccinations for kids ages 5-11.
Our goal is to help save lives, keep people out of hospitals, and stop the spread of influenza and coronavirus.
