Kimber Byrd, Chief Strategy Officer

Kimber Byrd serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Siskiyou Community Health Center (SCHC). Kimber has worked with SCHC for more than 20 years and has held several roles on the management team since 2003, including Billing Office Manager, Director of Business Administration, and Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. Kimber leads the Information Technology (I.T.), Clinical Applications, and Data Analytics Departments, working to provide innovative tools to enhance our systems and increase efficiencies in our processes. In addition, Kimber works with the Leadership Team and department managers to create policies and procedures and oversee the data needs for various incentives and grant-related projects.

Kimber is a native of Grants Pass, Oregon, and graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She has worked in the healthcare industry for most of her career and has a passion for working with teams to create processes that improve patient care, efficiency, and staff satisfaction. Kimber loves living in beautiful Southern Oregon and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working in her yard, skiing, hiking, and camping.
