What You’ll Do
Lead Recruitment with Purpose
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles—from workforce planning to onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build thoughtful, effective hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through a smooth, respectful, and engaging hiring process
- Support provider recruitment and coordinate contracts in collaboration with executive leadership
Create a Welcoming New Hire Experience
- Ensure every new employee feels supported, informed, and excited from offer acceptance through orientation
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and serve as a trusted point of contact for new hires
Build Systems that Work Smarter
- Lead the implementation and optimization of our Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Design efficient workflows, improve processes, and elevate the candidate experience
- Train and support hiring managers to strengthen hiring practices across the organization
What You Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience with Paycom or similar ATS systems (preferred)
