Siskiyou Community Health Center presents the 15th annual Tee Off For Kids golf tournament. Proceeds from this charity event support our Kids Smile Dental Prevention and Project Baby Check programs.
Each year, Siskiyou Community Health Center's Kids Smile Dental Prevention Program goes to local schools to provide free dental screenings to students.
