Katy is a human resources leader with more than 15 years of experience building strong teams and workplace cultures. As Director of People & Culture at Siskiyou Community Health Center, she leads the organization’s people strategy and supports the staff who care for the community. Katy spent nine years with Dutch Bros Coffee and its affiliated companies, advancing from payroll and benefits to employee relations and compliance, and then to HR leadership at Grants Pass Downs and, as Chief Administrative Officer, at The Flying Lark. She went on to serve as Senior Director of Human Resources at Herb Pharm. Her expertise includes talent strategy, benefits design, compliance, and employee relations.

After years helping fast-growing companies scale, Katy found her calling in community health, where growth is measured in lives improved rather than revenue. She holds the SHRM-SCP certification and lives in Southern Oregon.
