Due to inclement weather in Cave Junction and on Hayes Hill, our Cave Junction facility will be open to patients at 10:00 am on Monday, December 27th, 2021. All other locations will have normal hours.

The Walk-In Clinic in Grants Pass will open at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27th. We will resume regular hours on Thursday, April 28th. Thank you.

On Saturday, May 28th, our pharmacies in Grants Pass and Cave Junction will be open from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

All of our locations will be closed on Memorial Day. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, May 31st.
