Due to inclement weather, our Cave Junction medical clinic will be closing at 2:00 pm today, November 26. The pharmacy will remain open until 4:00 pm. All other locations will remain open.

Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction will be operating on a 2-hour delay today, November 27th. All other locations will be operating normal business hours.

All locations will be closed on Thursday, November 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be open at our regular hours on Friday, November 29th.

Siskiyou Community Health Center will be closing at noon, Wednesday, December 4 2019. On Thursday, the clinics will re-open for regular business hours.

Siskiyou Community Health Center medical and dental clinics will be closing at 12:00pm on Tuesday, December 24th. Our pharmacies will close at 12:30pm.

All Siskiyou Community Health Center clinics and offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25th. We will resume normal hours on Thursday, December 26th.

All of our offices and clinics will be closed on Wednesday, January 1. Regular hours will resume on Thursday.
