Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction will be closing the Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic, and Pharmacy at 4:00 pm today. All other locations remain unchanged.

The Walk-In Clinic in Grants Pass will be closing at 5:00 pm today due to weather conditions.

Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction will be closing at 3:00 pm today due to weather conditions.

Siskiyou Community Health Center will be opening at 10:00 am Wednesday, February 27 at all locations. We will be monitoring weather conditions as they develop and will provide updates of any additional delays or closures via Facebook and our website.

Siskiyou Community Health Center welcomes the public to a free Community Open House to come see our state-of-the-art facility in Cave Junction. In addition to enjoying refreshments, the community will have a chance to meet with our providers and staff, and tour the facility.

Siskiyou Community Health Center will be closed to observe Independence Day, Thursday, July, 4. We will resume regularly scheduled hours on Friday.  

Our Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy in Grants Pass will be open from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 31. The Pharmacy in Cave Junction will be closed.

Siskiyou Community Health Center is closed for the Labor Day holiday. We will resume our regular hours on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Siskiyou Community Health Center WALK-IN CLINIC in Grants Pass will be closing today, October 3 at 5:00pm. We will be open tomorrow during normal business hours.
