Siskiyou Community Health Center in Grants Pass and Cave Junction is offering Flu and COVID vaccines for the entire month of October.

 

Grants Pass

Every Tuesday in October, upstairs inside the clinic

Every Friday in October (drive-thru clinic, stay in your car)

9am to 6pm

 

Cave Junction

Every Thursday in October

9am to 5pm

 

No appointment is necessary. At the same time, ask for the updated Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to provide protection against the latest COVID variants.* You do not need to be a patient of Siskiyou to visit our shot clinics.

If you do not have insurance, or are under-insured, you may qualify for financial assistance. You can find the application here:
