We are offering shot clinics at our Cave Junction location every Thursday in October from 9am to 5pm. No appointment is necessary and you do not need to be a patient of Siskiyou. At the same time, ask for the updated Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to provide protection against the latest COVID variants.* Our clinic offers flu and COVID vaccines for all eligible ages.
If you do not have insurance, or are under-insured, you may qualify for financial assistance. You can find the application here:
