Our Cave Junction location is CLOSED ALL DAY, Thursday, January 16. (INCLUDING THE PHARMACY) The Grants Pass location is still on a 2-hour delay. Any updates will be posted on our website and on our social media channels.

The Walk-In Clinic and the Pharmacy in Grants Pass are open 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday, May 23, 2020.

All of our locations are closed for Memorial Day, Monday May 25, 2020.
CLOSED JULY 4TH
Siskiyou Community Health Center will be closed on Saturday, July 4th. This includes the Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy. We will be open for regular business hours on Monday, July 6th.
CLOSED LABOR DAY
All of our sites will be closed on Monday, September 7. We will be open for regular hours on Tuesday, September 8. Have a safe holiday.

Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction is closed today due to current wildfire conditions in the area. All other locations remain unchanged.

Siskiyou Community Health Center in CAVE JUNCTION is CLOSED Wednesday, September 9 through Sunday, September 13. We plan to re-open Monday, September 14, if conditions allow. Patients from the Illinois Valley can visit Siskiyou Community Health Center in Grants Pass. The Grants Pass location is open for medical, dental, and pharmacy services.
