Siskiyou Community Health Center in CAVE JUNCTION is CLOSED Wednesday, September 9 through Sunday, September 13. We plan to re-open Monday, September 14, if conditions allow. Patients from the Illinois Valley can visit Siskiyou Community Health Center in Grants Pass. The Grants Pass location is open for medical, dental, and pharmacy services.

Siskiyou Community Health Center in CAVE JUNCTION is CLOSED Monday, September 14 due to continued wildfire threat. Patients from the Illinois Valley can visit Siskiyou Community Health Center in Grants Pass. The Grants Pass location is open for medical, dental, and pharmacy services.
CLOSED THANKSGIVING DAY
All of our sites will be closed for Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26. Regular hours will resume Friday, November 27.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY HOURS
Our clinics will close at noon, Thursday, December 24. On Friday, December 25, all of our sites will be closed. Saturday, December 26, the Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy in Grants Pass will be open 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Cave Junction Location Opening at 9:00am
Due to weather conditions, Siskiyou Community Health Center will be on a 1 hour delay Tuesday, March 9 in Cave Junction. All other locations will be open normal hours.
