All of our sites will be closed Thursday, November 24. Regular hours will resume on Friday, November 25.  

Due to a crash on Hayes Hill and icy road conditions, Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction will be opening at 10:00am today, December 20, 2022. All other locations remain unchanged. Additional updates may follow.

Siskiyou Community Health Center will be opening at 10:00 am, Tuesday, February 14, due to inclement weather and icy road conditions. This includes our Grants Pass and Cave Junction locations. Please check our website and social media channels for updates.  

Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction is closing at 4:00 PM today due to inclement weather. All other locations remain unchanged.

The vaccine clinic in Grants Pass will have modified hours on Friday, May 26 and for the month of June. They will be closed on the following days: Friday, May 26th Mondays in June - June 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Friday, June 9th and 16th All other days remain unchanged.
