Coming Soon: A New Health Record System

On September 15, 2026, Siskiyou Community Health Center will begin using a new electronic health record (EHR) system called OCHIN Epic. This new system is designed for community health centers and rural healthcare providers. It will help us take even better care of our patients.

  • More Ways to Stay Connected – With MyChart, you can see your test results, read your visit notes, send messages to your care team, and take a more active role in your care.

  • More Control of Your Health Information – The new system helps keep your health information private and secure while making it easier for you to see your own medical record.
